HOW CAN COUNSELLING HELP?

Services offered: face to face to individuals (16+) adhering to government guidelines.

Sometimes in life it is difficult to cope, perhaps due to sudden changes, childhood or ongoing trauma, loss of confidence, self-esteem, self-worth or belief in yourself, feelings of anxiety or depression.  Maybe you are facing loss or uncertainty, or you have been through some unexpected and difficult experiences.  Counselling therapy can be an effective tool for self-understanding and relating in your world.

Through a therapeutic relationship, my aim is to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and to reconnect with yourself. I work from a person-centred perspective, believing in your ability to grow and develop in a way that is best suited to you.  I endeavour to create a safe, comfortable and calming environment to give you space to openly express your issues and concerns.

I am continuing to meet with clients online using video-conferencing such as Zoom.  If you require help with connecting in this way, you can contact me by email via this site.
